Warsaw, March 28, 2024 – In the heart of Warsaw, Poland, from April 19th to 21st, at the iconic Palace of Culture and Science, a cultural event that shows what the intersection of sound money and cinema looks like, is set to take place. The second main edition of the Bitcoin FilmFest (BFF24), is a celebration of Bitcoin Cinema, affectionately known as 'Binema' — serving as a testament to the vibrant storytelling by independent creators who are not afraid to question the status quo or experiment with different cinematic forms. In this special year, marking the fourth Bitcoin halving, the film festival runs in parallel with another event, European Halving Party. Both events, in fact, are organized by the same group of volunteers to celebrate the anti-inflationary nature of Bitcoin and the dynamic culture it has developed over its 15-year history.

Discover the magic of Bitcoin on the silver screen

Bitcoin FilmFest aims to inspire, educate, and entertain, while showcasing creativity and talent of independent film, movie, and video makers from all around the globe. From captivating documentaries exploring the genesis of this decentralized phenomenon to fictional narratives, dynamic shorts, cartoons, and animations, the festival's carefully curated lineup promises to appeal to wide audiences, spark deep conversations, and inspire aspiring innovators, creators, and movie buffs alike.
