Bangkok — SCB 10X (https://www.scb10x.com/), the venture arm of Thailand’s Siam Commercial Bank and one of the largest venture capital funds in Southeast Asia, announced today it will host its second annual global decentralized finance virtual summit, REDeFiNE Tomorrow 2021, from July 22 to 23 from 7:45 am to 5:30 pm (UTC+7).

Since its inception in 2020, SCB 10X has established a $222 million venture capital fund to invest in and support businesses in the sectors of blockchain and DeFi (and other financial technology), digital work and lifestyle, digital health and wellness, the Internet of Things and deep tech. Thailand has seen a surge in the total number of accounts holding crypto with an increase of 337.5% last year.
