INQB8 — an intensive Web3 incubator powered by Hype — is teaming up with Polygon Labs to support founders with building the next generation of Infrastructure, DeFi, Dev tools and ZK use-cases with world-class go-to-market mentorship.
The collaboration will see INQB8 shortlist eight Polygon-based projects for its inaugural incubation cohort. The program, which backs Web3 projects with go-to-market support and resources, will last three months, but participants will have access to INQB8’s extensive network of partners and mentors even after the initial period.
“We’re thrilled to bring on Polygon Labs as a strategic partner for our very first incubation cohort,” says Jake Stott, INQB8 founder. “We believe the three ingredients to a successful Web3 project are builders, capital and go-to-market strategy. Unfortunately, most funding programs leave founders in the lurch when it comes to bringing their ideas to market. That’s what makes us different. Our goal is to help builders with branding, talent, partnerships and go-to-market strategy. That way, builders can focus on what they do best.”
"INQB8's vision to support and mentor Web3 builders aligns perfectly with our goal to make Web3 accessible to everyone. As a strategic partner of INQB8's first incubation cohort, we're proud to help bring promising projects to market and drive the growth of the Web3 ecosystem” explained Ajay Venkatesh, SVP and Head of Developer Studio at Polygon Labs. “With tens of thousands of dapps built on Polygon, and promising tech like zkEVM and Supernets, the Polygon ecosystem has a proven track record of enabling innovation and adoption in the industry, and we're excited to support the next generation of Web3 builders and innovators through this partnership."
Since launching in January 2023, INQB8 has cultivated a tight-knit community of over 160 founders who are already exchanging ideas and benefiting from the incubator’s network, which boasts a 30-strong lineup of mentors from many leading Web3 orgs and VCs.
INQB8’s first incubation cohort will kick off in May, with plans to open applications in April. For more information on how to apply, head to INQB8’s official site.

About Polygon Labs:
Polygon Labs develops Ethereum scaling solutions for Polygon protocols. Polygon Labs engages with other ecosystem developers to help make available scalable, affordable, secure and sustainable blockchain infrastructure for Web3. Polygon Labs has initially developed a growing suite of protocols for developers to gain easy access to major scaling solutions, including layer 2s (zero-knowledge rollups and optimistic rollups), sidechains, hybrid chains, app-specific chains, enterprise chains, and data availability protocols. Scaling solutions that Polygon Labs initially developed have seen widespread adoption with tens of thousands of decentralized apps, unique addresses exceeding 225 million, over 1.2 million smart contracts created and 2.56 billion total transactions processed since inception. The existing Polygon network is home for some of the biggest Web3 projects, such as Aave, Uniswap, and OpenSea, and well-known enterprises, including Robinhood, Stripe and Adobe. Polygon Labs is carbon neutral with the goal of leading Web3 in becoming carbon negative.
