Coinfest Asia 2023 by Coinvestasi will return on August 24 and 25, 2023 in Jimbaran, Bali. Yat Siu, co-founder of Animoca Brands, has become an important figure for games development in the Web3 industry. Through Animoca Brands, Yat Siu seeks to advance digital rights and contribute to the development of the Metaverse for the products produced by his company. As of January 2022, Animoca Brands managed a valuation of $5.4 billion.
Thomas France, co-founder of Ledger, succeeded in establishing Ledger, a well-known hardware wallet company that is rich in innovation to provide convenience and security for users in storing their crypto assets. France will be present at Coinfest Asia and share her experiences in the crypto industry.
Rene Michau, global head of digital assets at Standard Chartered is known for his strategic approach and broad digital industry engagement, driving innovation and fintech collaboration between digital assets and traditional banks.
Bobby Lee, founder and CEO of Ballet, is known as one of the early pioneers of Bitcoin (BTC). He is also the former CEO of China’s first crypto exchange, BTCC, which was founded in 2011. Currently, Lee is actively educating on security issues in crypto wallets through his product, Ballet.
Vincent Yang, founder of ZkLink, founded a multi-chain trading infrastructure secured with zk-Snarks technology. He will share his in-depth knowledge of zk-rollup technology, which is expected to be able to increase scalability growth at layer-2.

What’s new at Coinfest Asia 2023
In its second edition, Coinfest Asia will hold the event on the edge of the Jimbaran cliffs in Bali. This unique location is expected to provide an interesting and memorable experience for participants.
“Different from last year’s beach club, which was the location of the event, this year we chose a location on the edge of the Jimbaran cliffs in Bali. At this location, participants can enjoy events with a new feel that is relaxed and different from the usual Web3 events that seem formal. Not only locations, we will also present a variety of interesting and hot topics that are beneficial for participants and industries who want to dive into Web2.5,” said Felita Setiawan, director of Indonesia Crypto Network.
Coinfest Asia will have two main stages, namely Converge and Sunset, where speakers will collaborate in various sessions discussing Web2.5, starting from innovation, technology and adoption to regulation on the three stages.
