“We should get to the level where users don’t have to know what’s going on behind a particular technology. With blockchain, it’s hard because you have to switch between different wallets and exchanges, new things are coming out all the time, and many other issues. So we need to simplify all that and also work on interoperability,“ said Gabor Bovai, one of the founders of G6 Networks, during the recent Cointelegraph AMA.
🚀 G6's public chain launch is set for January 2025, so we asked them what makes it accessible to the masses.

With that as their core principle, Bovai and fellow co-founder David Pethes (Six) teamed up to create user-friendly public and private blockchains. “Companies as regular users don’t want to understand how blockchain works, nor do they want to spend time on development and integration. They just want to have the product with all its benefits like immutability, KYC, financial ledger,“ Six said. “It’s like the iPhone or phones in general,“ Bovai continued. “You don’t need to know the exact mechanics behind it, but if you’re in trouble, you can just use it to get help.“
G6 Networks takes the same approach with its validators, exempting them from any required technical background. Six explained: “We decided to provide physical devices with all the software, and developing a complete stack was a real challenge. We’ll start distributing them to G6 validators in January.“
Six emphasized the project’s philosophy: “Our motto is to respect personal integrity. You should be the one who defines your identity, not a government or an outside authority. So because of immutable proofs, blockchain can be used to create profiles, manage reputations, or link social accounts. It can be useful for influencers, for example, as their accounts can be deleted or censored.“
The G6 public chain will be available in 2025. “It connects the private blockchains, which is the interoperability layer. We also plan to integrate with Polkadot, using their Substrate framework for better scalability and connectivity,“ Six added.
The backbone of the G6 collaborative ecosystem will be a reputation system on the public chain. The platform will introduce a membership-based model with free transactions for base users, focusing on features such as decentralized identity management, event management, decentralized storage and interoperability.
Private chains within the G6 network will offer further customization. “Private chain owners will be able to decide which features are free and which require a fee,“ Six said.
The broader vision for the G6 ecosystem includes creating a sustainable and monetized community model. “One of the main reasons we are in the blockchain space is to give people back control of their data,“ said Bovai. In line with this philosophy, revenue generated from the private chain will partially benefit the public chain. “We plan to distribute 10% to 15% of private chain revenue back to the community treasury to fund proposals and initiatives,“ he explained. In addition, players will receive a share of these funds, ensuring a direct benefit for active participants.
The ongoing GSX Fair Launch ensures that everyone can acquire the G6 token, GSX, at the same price. With TGE scheduled for January 2025, GSX was born out of the needs of the private chain. “We wanted to create something that gives people freedom while being marketable in Web3 environments,“ said Six.
GSX’s tokenomics places a strong emphasis on community engagement, validation infrastructure, and the business aspects of blockchain. “Unlike many projects, we’re building a blockchain that generates revenue. If there’s no demand, projects fade away. That’s why we’re focused on building a real product with a solid business model and clear incentives,“ concluded Six.
