The price has not been disclosed yet but we don`t have a doubt that it cost a real fortune to them. The smart early adaptors bought the best bitcoin related domain back in 2009 and parked it until now. It was a great move as the price of these domains are extremely high now.
Bitcoin.com now has 3 menu sections, News, Bitcoin and Search. We are sure blockchain will make some modifications and get a huge traffic with their great marketing strategy which has been already proved.
